Agent I dealt with was dry and impersonable. Whilst this doesn't deter from buying a home, it isn't an incentive and could be a decider when weighing between equal options. Have not listed the name of the agent to comply with review regulations. Perhaps this agent was having an off day, but would suggest to management the value of 'reminder' training around appropriate interpersonal behaviour and the importance of assuming that each person that is shown through a home is a potential buyer.
